Pet Policy

Cypress Pointe is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. There is a non-refundable one-time pet fee of $300 for your first pet and an additional $100 fee for your second pet. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Alaskan Malamute, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Malamute, Miniature Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Dog Mix or any cross-breed.
